Happy New Year peeps!
2011 was a year for change in our home.
Looking forward to 2012 with much anticipation.
After getting all the Christmas goodies put away and vacuuming up the green things that fall from the tree all over the floor and down the hall (how do they get there?), I moved a few things around.
Doesn't it feel good to get all the stuff put away, clean and simplify again!
I know I'm not the only one here?
The PB plates paired with some Goodwill plates and white napkins (Goodwill) are some of my favorite

I added some bookshelves to each side of our fireplace and it added a ton of warmth to the room.

Yes I do love the feel of having almost everything back in its place and tidy again (well except for never ending dog hair.) Your home is lovely and I especially like your kitchen with the beautiful wood and great colours. I'm now following back and look forward to seeing more of your blog, and hopefully getting to 'know' you a bit. I noticed you have been married for 20 years, we celebrate our 20th this summer. Now I'm off to see more of your posts. Wishing you all the best in 2012.
