Touches of Fall

I have been in the mood for a little fall decorating lately.
It's so hard to go into the stores and see all the pumpkins and flowers and not want to bring some home to add a little color. Do you do this too??

It doesn't take much to transform the look of everyday items and make them ready for the season.

This is one corner of my mantel
By adding a couple fabric pumpkins alongside some old books in red whispers fall to me

A simple white quilt and some fabric pumpkins

Several small pumpkins, candy corn and some dried berries bring fall to a dinner table

I also added a few fall touches outside to welcome our guests
A wreath at the door..

An old wagon base, some mums, pumpkins and a black lantern...welcome!

Do you go all out for fall or do you like subtle touches??
I'm hoping for some cooler weather to blow our way too!!

Thanks for stopping by, I always appreciate your comments!
Have a blessed day

  3. Beautiful ~ I bought a couple pumpkins yesterday, but had to cook them in the cooking class I held at the winery. So no beautiful decor at the farm yet. After seeing your photos, I'm going to have to get back to the market for more. Love all your fall touches. My favorite time of year. I'm your newest follower
